Annette is a dedicated fourth year law student at the University of Nairobi. She is specializing in legal theory, principles, and practice with relevant coursework.
Her academic journey is marked by rigorous legal research, critical analysis, problem-solving, and meticulous attention to detail. Besides her law degree, she graduated from Strathmore University with a degree in International Studies.
Annette’s degree focused on human rights, terrorism, and international security. She has undertaken significant coursework in world politics, international economics and her dissertation on “Defending and Extending Digital Rights in East African countries” showcases her research methodologies, cross-cultural understanding, data analysis, report writing, and presentation skills.
She completed her Kenya Certificate of Secondary Education (K.C.S.E) at St Catherine’s Girls High School with a grade of B+. Annette is a Certified Professional Mediator from MTI and holds an ICDL certification from KCA University, she is also certified in Data Protection from Scratch & Script and CIPIT.
Throughout her academic journey, she has demonstrated a commitment to upholding ethical standards and promoting human rights. Her academic achievements are complemented by her professional experiences, where she has gained valuable skills in client management, legal research, community outreach, case file management, legal writing, crisis management, operations planning, data analysis, report writing, stakeholder communication, and more. These experiences have prepared her well for her future career in law and international studies.
