Trainer International Refund and Cancellation Policy

This Section  outlines the refund and cancellation policy for courses offered by the Freya International School of Research & Implementation (FISORI) under the Trainer International program. The policy is designed to provide clarity on the terms and conditions regarding payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Payment Structure

Definition: Payment structure refers to the schedule and conditions under which candidates are required to make payments for the course fees.

Individual Enrollment: Candidates enrolling individually are required to pay the course fees in three installments: First Installment: Payment due at the time of enrollment to confirm the candidate's place in the course. Second Installment: Payment due at the midpoint of the course, defined as 50% completion of the course timeline. Third Installment: Payment due at the start of the final month of the course.

Group Enrollment: Candidates enrolling as part of a group are required to make a single payment transaction covering the entire course fee for all members. The full payment must be made at the time of enrollment. Each group member will receive a customized Zoom link, specifically identifiable to them. The Zoom link is subject to the following conditions:

The link is personalized and cannot be used by more than one individual simultaneously. The link will function on only one device at a time. Sharing the Zoom link with another person will result in the system logging out the original user’s device.

2. Refund Conditions

Definition: A refund is the return of all fees paid by the candidate without any deductions. FISORI will issue a 50% refund of all course fees paid in advance under the following conditions:

Non-Attendance: If a candidate enrolls , attends orientation on an individual basis but does not attend the first 20% of the stipulated classes. Example: If a course consists of 10 classes(Modules) , a candidate who does not attend the first two classes will be eligible for a 50% refund of the installment paid for that period of that installment. Class Cancellation: If FISORI cancels the starting class due to unforeseen circumstances.

Withdrawal Within 7 Business Days: If a candidate cancels their enrollment within 7 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after the course start date or the date of initial payment for subsequent installments, provided that: The candidate has not attended any classes, The candidate has not been enrolled in the Canvas Learning Management System (LMS).

Group Enrollment

If the entire Group enrolls, makes payment, and at least one member attends orientation, but all members fail to attend at most 20% of the classes. In this instance, if the entire group Requests to cancel the classes, you will be refunded  25% of the paid Fees.

If the entire members attend the first 2 classes of the Course, and decide to cancel the class, They will not be refunded any payments. If one member chooses to cancel the class while the other group members wish to continue, there will be no refund to the affected candidate. However, the group members are allowed to add on a new group member at any one time, to fill up the space on their group. The new member will not be required to make any new payment as the group already made its payments at the start.

3. Definition of Course Start Date

The course start date is defined as the date specified in the Enrollment Confirmation Letter, delivered to the candidate by the Trainer administration team via email and confirmed during an initial Zoom orientation meeting.

4. Retention of First Installment

Definition: Retention refers to the action of FISORI holding the first installment fee without refunding it to the candidate.

FISORI will retain the first installment fee if an applicant cancels more than 7 business days after the course commencement date.
