Refund and Cancellation Policies for the Short Courses.
The written policies hereunder, cover cancellation and refund policies pertaining to cancellations, withdrawals, and terminations and will be clearly stated to prospective students before enrollment, consistently followed, and publicly available.

1.Short Course Application Fee.
Each short course will be charged an application fee of USD 10. (Ten Dollars). The short course application fee is non refundable.
2.Short course Study Fees.
Successful candidates(Selected candidates) will be required to pay the course fees in three installments. The first installment will be done in the first week of orientation, the second installment will be done at the mid course time and the third installment will be done at the start of the last month of the study course.
The first installment is 50% of the total course fee. The second installment is 25% of the total course fee and the third installment is 25% of the total course fee.
FISORI will refund all course fees paid in advance if the applicant is shortlisted and later not accepted. This includes instances where a starting class is canceled by FISORI.
FISORI will refund all monies paid if the applicant cancels within 10 business days (excluding Sundays and holidays) after the day the contract is signed or an initial payment is made, as long as the candidate has not yet enrolled into Canvas learning management System.
The day the contract is signed is defined by the date on the admission letter which will be delivered to the candidate by the Trainer administration.
FISORI will retain the first installment fee, if the applicant cancels past the 10th business day after signing the contract or making the first installment payment.
If the training is terminated (by the trainee or FISORI ) after the trainee starts attending classes, FISORI may retain the installment(s) already paid by the candidate. This amount will not be refunded.
When calculating refunds, the official date of a trainee’s termination is: The last day of recorded attendance (online via zoom or Canvas LMS); or When the school receives notice of the trainee’s intention to discontinue the training program; or, When the candidate is terminated for a violation of a published school policy that provides for termination.
