Benefits of the Trainer International Short Course in Research and Implementation to the Students and Alumni.
1. You immerse yourself in an international learning environment. Trainer International takes Applicants from all over the 7 continents of the Globe.
2. You study together with 10 - 15 students from different countries. To ease learning and cohesion, we group you in 10 to 15 member groups consisting of different nationals.
3. The lecturers bring diverse experiences and come from countries worldwide. You get to learn from various lecturers of diverse nationalities.
4. The course carries more opportunities after gaining knowledge and skills in Research and Implementation.
5. Each module is granted its own certificate of completion, boosting your CV every time you successfully complete a module.
6. As an Alumni, you will receive timely references after completing the course at any time when needed. This can be used for applications to research institutions, research grants, or project implementation grants.
7. As a student, you are given a supervisor who is a mentor in research. Alumni interested in having research mentors are attached to mentors to further guide them in the journey of research and Projects Implementation.

9. You will be added to a pool of Research writers for True Talk, where your articles can be published for free and guidance on publishing in other journals.
10. You will be given a group grant application and be paired with a group to practice the knowledge gained from the course. 11. You are granted a timely Research Recommendation Letter at any time when needed as many times as you need. This can be used for applications to research institutions, research grants, or project implementation grants.

13. Trainer International sources for the candidates’ weekly group grant adverts. These grants are applied in groups of 4 to 5 candidates in a Transnational team design. The grants range between 10,000$ to 100,000$.
14. Trainer international through True-Talk project, secures a 12 weeks active Article writing and publishing mentorship for its candidates thus ensuring the candidates can publish at least 12 non-scientific articles by the end of the course and one scientific article.
15. Each successfully selected candidate is required to submit a three-page personal profile. The profile is published under the profiles section by FISORI on its website. This is to enable our candidates to be recognised internationally in the research pool of professionals. These profiles are always made available to the public.
