This will help me to be exposed to an international platform with people from different parts of the world and as a continuous learner, it will shape how I think.

Daniel Chibwe is a dynamic agricultural professional with a robust academic foundation and extensive experience in leadership and entrepreneurship. Holding a BSc in Agricultural Extension from the esteemed Lilongwe University of Agriculture and Natural Resources (LUANAR).

Daniel has developed a deep understanding of sustainable farming practices and agricultural innovation. He has a strong focus on permaculture and is establishing a farming business that embodies principles of sustainability and environmental stewardship through Mlatho Farms and Agri-learning Hub under Mlatho Group and Subsidiaries.

His hands-on experience has been instrumental in shaping the holistic approach to agriculture, emphasizing the importance of integrating ecological principles with modern farming techniques. In addition to his practical expertise, he is recognized as a leader in the African agricultural community.

As a member of the Young Africa Leadership Initiative (YALI), McKinsey Forward Program, ALX Africa, and Potential Life, he has honed his leadership skills and broadened his perspectives on entrepreneurship and personal development. These prestigious programs have equipped Daniel with a comprehensive toolkit for driving positive change and fostering innovation in the agricultural sector.

Daniel's commitment to agriculture and community development is further exemplified by his role as a permaculture trainer and agri consultant. Through these roles, he has empowered numerous farmers with the knowledge and skills needed to adopt sustainable practices thereby improving livelihoods and promoting food security.

He is passionate about continuous learning and growth, his an avid reader of personal development and entrepreneurship literature. His ultimate goal is to achieve financial stability by the age of 40, aspiring to reach out to as many young people as possible in the world where resources are scarce. With a clear vision and unwavering determination, Daniel is poised to make a significant impact in the agricultural landscape of Malawi and beyond.
