Mr. Ahmad Nkhoma is a final-year student at the Malawi University of Science and Technology, pursuing a Bachelor of Engineering in Polymer and Textile Engineering (Honours). He is expecting to graduate in September 2025.

Ahmad graduated at the top of his class from All Saints Secondary School in 2018 with 13 points. His academic journey is marked by a strong focus on environmental conservation, with a particular interest in industrial wastewater treatment, an area where he aims to contribute to sustainable engineering practices.

Ahmad has demonstrated his commitment to the field through a summer internship at Lilongwe Plastic and Packaging Limited in 2024, where he contributed to quality control processes for product assurance and actively engaged in maintenance activities to ensure continuous production.

His skills include proficiency in software tools such as AutoCAD, SolidWorks, and Microsoft Office Suite, and he is fluent in both English and Nyanja. Throughout his academic career, Ahmad has been recognized for his excellence, being on the Dean’s List for three consecutive years (2021, 2022, and 2023) and receiving the Best MSCE Performance Award in 2018.

Outside the classroom, he is an active member of the University Volleyball Team, showcasing his teamwork and leadership skills. In his leisure time, he enjoys reading science fiction novels, which reflects his curiosity and love for exploring new ideas.
