Ivan is a fourth year medical student at Makerere University, proud to be part of this prestigious institution with a rich history and mark of excellence over a century. This is always his greatest honor to explore the opportunities the university provides and beyond. His glad to be in the ambiance of endless opportunities.

Makerere University has provided to him a platform and exposure which he was privileged to be part of the exchange program for 2023/24 in which he had a spring semester at Magna University of catanzaro, Italy, its always a journey to remember.

On top of academics Ivan has also been part of the leadership team serving in different positions and organizations and his most recent role was Vice President (Public Relations and Communication).

He is passionate about health and saving lives, on top of which he has a strong affinity for research which vision he keeps cultivating everyday to contribute to the world of science.
