Francis is a medical clinical officer and a registered nurse by profession. He has worked in many international health institutions like management sciences for health, The Aids support organization TASO, USAID URC LLC SUSTAIN project, Nile breweries limited company and others providing public health services.

Currently, he works as a medical clinical officer with Jinja district local government. His now a fifth year student of bachelors of medicine and surgery at King Ceasor University. He is so passionate about research and his the president King Ceasor University research fellowship which is a students led research training club.

He has two research articles so far and wants to add on his skills so that he become an early career researcher.
