Derrick is an enthusiastic undergraduate majoring in diplomacy and international relations at Kenya's Technical University. From diplomacy and conflict resolution to global governance and international law, this intensive curriculum has given him a solid grounding in the intricate dynamics that are changing the world today.

Outside of the classroom, one of his greatest interests is learning how to do thorough research and then apply that knowledge to actual problems. The "Research Methods" course, which I recently enrolled in through Trainer International, is proof of this.

In order to analyze causes, create effective solutions, and make a meaningful contribution to policies that address critical issues like inequality and climate change. He thinks it is essential to be able to conduct comprehensive and ethical research.

Fighting for fairness via policy analysis When he examines his work as a policy analyst for Blessed Citron through the prism of SDG 10: Reduced Inequalities, he finds a new perspective.

In this position, he uses what he has learned about international relations to determine how trade policies affect underrepresented groups and to suggest changes that would make it easier for everyone to get their hands on supply chain resources. He now possess the ability to analyze complicated global issues and derive practical policy recommendations as a result of this experience, it has also improved his critical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Derrick is now at the forefront of the fight for ecological fairness. Among his responsibilities as Team Environment Kenya's Project Lead are the following: coordinating educational workshops on climate change mitigation, promoting renewable energy solutions in rural communities, and leading environmental conservation projects that encourage sustainable land management practices.

Being in a position of leadership has helped him become a better project manager, team player, communicator, and advocate for environmental causes. He works to make sure that environmental solutions take social equity into account so that everyone can look forward to a future that is sustainable.

To create a more just and sustainable world, they are utilizing technology. Traditional diplomacy is not his only area of interest but the idea that technology can unite people, encourage cross-border cooperation, and solve climate change is fascinating to him.

For this reason, he has enrolled in Trainer International's "Research Tools and Software in Biostatistics" course, With a focus on SDG 10 and SDG 13, his goal is to become proficient in data analysis and biostatistics software so that he can use data-driven insights to tackle urgent global challenges.

As part of this effort, it may be necessary to determine which neighborhoods are mostly at risk from the effects of climate change, evaluate the efficiency of environmental policies in cutting down on greenhouse gas emissions, and calculate the monetary and social advantages of sustainable development programs.

It is with great pleasure that he joined the dynamic Trainer International community as he believes that his background in policy analysis and project management, along with the information he acquired from these classes will help him succeed in his chosen field of international relations and diplomacy.

In accordance with the principles of SDG 10 and SDG 13, his prepared to offer his distinct viewpoint, willingness to work with others, and knowledge to the cause of finding solutions that unite people, make the world a better place, and guarantee a sustainable future for everyone.
