Bulega holds a Bachelor of Medicine and Surgery (MBBS) and a Bachelor of Public Administration and Management, both from Gulu University. Currently, he serves as a Medical Officer in the Emergency Department at Gulu Regional Referral Hospital.

With a strong foundation in medicine and administration, he possess a unique blend of clinical and management skills. His expertise includes; Strong clinical skills, patient care and treatment.

Bulega is Proficient in healthcare management and policy-making, Excellent leadership and communication skills with ability to work effectively in teams and is dedicated to delivering high-quality patient care and contributing to the improvement of healthcare services in my community.

His combined knowledge in medicine and public administration enables me to approach healthcare challenges with a comprehensive perspective, making me a valuable asset to the healthcare sector.
