Namutebi Rehema is a dedicated and accomplished individual with a strong academic background and diverse professional experience. She holds a Bachelor of Arts in Social Sciences with a focus on Sociology from Makerere University, completed in 2023. Her academic journey also includes two technical/vocational diplomas from Career Institute, specializing in Air Cargo Handling (2015) and Customs Clearing and Forwarding (2013).

Additionally, Rehema has a Uganda Advanced Level of Education (UACE) certificate from Rise & Shine High School. She is an Assistant in Human Resource working with Union Logistics Uganda Limited (2024-Present). Her roles include Managing job advertisements, initial candidate interviews, coordinating interview schedules, Maintaining employee records assisting with payroll processing, Promoting a positive work environment and ensuring compliance with labor laws.

She has involved in Remote Intercultural Volunteering  (2024-Present) in which she  Fosters global empathy through intercultural exchanges and language learning,  Participates in community service initiatives and enhances intercultural competence.

Rehema served as a Remote Marketing Intern, Mind4Youth (2023) in which she  Assisted in marketing campaigns and created social media content to raise awareness about teen mental health. She has been a Community Social Worker at Gufasha Girls Foundation (2023-Present)where she is Collaborating on initiatives addressing child marriage and gender inequality, Promoting girls' empowerment through education and advocacy.

She has also been a Qualitative Data Collector in a Community Enterprise Development Organization (2023) in which she Conducted interviews, analyzed data, and prepared reports for stakeholders. In addition, she has worked as a Data Entry Assistant, at Ark Freight (U) Limited (2020-2024) where she Managed document verification, compliance reviews, and data processing.

Rehema also served as an Administrative Assistant, at Ark Freight (U) Limited (2017-2020) in which she Supported various administrative tasks and maintained organized filing systems. She is proficient in English and has basic knowledge of French. She possesses strong computer skills, certified in 2011 by Career Institute.  Currently studies to acquire a certificate in Research Methods from Trainer International, which complements her data collection and analysis capabilities.

Her roles have allowed her to engage directly with communities, promote mental health awareness, and contribute to research and education initiatives. These experiences have honed her communication, volunteer management, and community development skills. Rehema Namutebi's academic and professional journey reflects her dedication to personal growth and community service. Her diverse experiences and commitment to making a positive impact make her a valuable asset in any professional setting.
