Ester Ndeumona Nande is 26years old female, employed as a Medical Officer at a District Hospital in Namibia. She also works as the focal Medical Officer of Cervical Cancer Prevention program in Khorixas.

She holds a degree in Bachelors of Medicine and Surgery, a Certificate in Global Health, Advanced Human Rights certificate in Protection of Forcibly Displaced Persons in Africa, Advanced Human Rights certificate in Disability Rights in Africa, Advanced Human Rights Certificate in Women Rights, and Advanced course on Advocacy on Reproductive Rights in Africa; as well as training certificates in Conflict Resolution and Peacebuilding and understanding Human rights.

Ester is a Young African Leadership Institute Southern Africa (YALI) alumnus Online student of Cohort 19 in Public Management and Governance, as well as an alumnus in the 2nd cohort of Peace and Security for the Leader(H) Fellowship which is a joint initiative of YOULEAD Africa, PLAN International and the African Union Office of The Youth Envoy.

She is currently pursuing a Postgraduate Diploma in Monitoring and Evaluation with the University of Witwatersrand.
